**Position Overview**:
We are seeking a highly organized and bilingual **Office Manager** to oversee administrative operations, human resources functions, and financial processes in our Manizales office. This role combines a background typically held by an **HR Generalist** and a **Staff Accountant**, making it ideal for a professional with a strong background in both HR and accounting.
This is a fulltime permanent position based at our Manizales, Colombia campus, with an onsite requirement Monday-Friday.
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Human Resources (HR)**:
- Manage employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
- Collaborate with BSG Recruiting team
- Administer benefits, leave tracking, and compliance with local labor laws.
- Support employee relations and performance management initiatives.
- Coordinate training and development programs.
- Ensure compliance with Colombian labor regulations and company policies.
**Payroll Processing**:
- Prepare and process bi-weekly/monthly payroll for all employees.
- Ensure accurate calculation of salaries, deductions, and benefits.
- Collaborate with external payroll providers or internal systems.
- Handle payroll-related inquiries and resolve discrepancies.
**Accounting & Invoicing**:
- Process accounts payable and receivable, including invoice entry and reconciliation.
- Assist with monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting.
- Support budgeting and forecasting activities.
- Maintain accurate financial records and documentation.
- Liaise with external accountants and auditors as needed.
**Office Administration**:
- Oversee day-to-day office operations and supplies.
- Coordinate meetings, travel arrangements, and internal communications.
- Serve as the point of contact for vendors and service providers.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Human Resources, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in HR and accounting roles.
- Strong understanding of Colombian labor laws and payroll regulations.
- Proficiency in accounting software and HRIS systems.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- **Fluent in both Spanish and English (written and spoken).**
