We are now looking for a new colleague to join our Facility Team located in Medellín

?

**Responsibilities**

**Purchases**
- Verify and manage the company’s property, equipment and supplies acquisitions.
- Manage all needed supplies for the office (beverages, hot beverages, stationary items)

**HR**
- Support HRC department for new joiners & leavers (activate office cards, organize workstations)
- Support PDR activities (internal and external events).
- Organize business travel (rental services)

**Finance**
- Covers basic accounting tasks (creates requests, submit orders and monitor invoices in the internal platform)

**Reports**
- Provide information about all purchases to the Facility Manager.

**Suppliers**
- Follow up of all maintenance activities take place on time

**Procurement**
- Raise PR for the teams when required
- Follow up with the supplier the invoice to be sent to the correspondent finance team

**Qualifications and Experience**:

- Graduate degree in Administration or similar.
- 4+ years of experience in similar roles, preferably in the technology industry.
- Upper Intermediate English level (B2).
- Proficient with Microsoft Office packages.
