**What We'll Bring**:
As a Data and Project Analyst, you will assist Product Managers and Product Owners with building new products and increasing the profitability of existing products. Your duties will include, but not limited to, analyzing industry trends, evaluating products, and interpreting product analytics. Communication skills are key to success in this role.

**What You'll Bring**:

- **Bachelor’s degree in a business administration or technical field.**:

- **3 or more years’ experience in product management working in an Agile environment.**:

- **Excellent Spanish verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills, with excellent command of English.**:

- **Measure, Monitor, and Analyze Production Product Performance (reporting)**:

- **Monitors Defects, Coordinates Priority & Drives Resolution**:

- **Coordinates communications with Stakeholders (SMT, ART, Ops, Legal, Compliance, & Privacy)**:

- **Ability to understand and communicate complex technologies to business stakeholders.**:

- **Monitors and communicates feature results compared to the expected results.**:

- **Ensure the platforms we operate are compliant with all regulations directly affecting our businesses.**:

- **Establish and maintain a durable process for communicating regulatory product performance & quality.**:

- **This is a hybrid position and involves regular performance of job responsibilities virtually as well as in-person at an assigned TU office location for a minimum of two days a week.**:
**Impact You'll Make**:
**- **Assist Product Managers in research and data gathering for the development of business cases for new product feature proposals.**:

- **Analyze consumer research data and record product defects.**:

- **Audit existing product data sources and identify/address gaps in data collection for the product team and partners.**:

- **Prepare monthly internal and partner-facing product analytics reports. Synthesize data from reports and make recommendations for improvements.**:

- **Collaborates with Product Manager and Product Owner to refine future intent (define the what and the why of the feature).**:

- **Manages program development that focuses on service-rich product offerings.**:

- **Creates product documentation (user guides, system flows, data mapping, etc.) and maintains in a central location.**:

- **Ability to manage multiple priorities and lead high-visibility projects simultaneously.**:

- **As-needed, supports scrum team via specific PO-level responsibilities**:

- **May share responsibility of writing and defining user stories (including acceptance criteria) as agreed upon with Product Owner**:

- **Collaborates with QA (quality assurance) to test solutions and products.**:
