Data Analyst

We are seeking a Data Analyst to join our dynamic and energetic Marketing team. _This is a remote position_

**Responsibilities**
- Managing master data, including contact and account creation and updates
- Provide quality assurance of imported data, including research, verification, and enrichment of all data sets prior to import
- Processing confidential data and information with defined guidelines
- Supporting initiatives for data integrity and normalization across the data team
- Providing assistance on data storage structures, data mining, and data cleansing
- Developing and refining processes to continually improve data collection and maintenance procedures
- Communicate effectively with teammates and stakeholders who are relying on the correct implementation of changes, report and communicate project status to stakeholders, and raise questions as needed to ensure accuracy and efficiency

**Essential Skills and Qualifications**
- Professional proficiency in English
- 2-3 years of data analysis/management or related field experience
- Experience in methodologies and processes for managing large-scale databases
- High level of written and verbal communication skills in English
- Attention to detail and following outlined procedures
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, and maintain information
- Ability to interact with cross-functional teams
- Proficiency in the Microsoft Suite (Excel proficiency is required for this position)

**Preferred Qualifications**
- Experience working in CRMs
- Familiarity with the insurance, legal, and corporate sectors
