**Title and Summary**
Operations Senior Analyst
The Operations Senior Analyst will provide upstream support to Finance for forecasting inputs, and FP&A processes, which would include aligning data across Mastercard systems to delivering high-impact reporting and sales planning. This role plays a key part in driving operational efficiency and executive visibility through streamlined processes and insightful dashboards.
Role
Act as a liaison between Finance and customer-facing teams in support of monthly revenue forecasting and annual budgeting cycles.
Partner with FP&A to improve planning processes and reporting workflows.
Align and map data across Mastercard systems to ensure consistency and accuracy.
Support sales planning and performance tracking initiatives.
Respond to ad hoc reporting requests, including executive dashboards and KPI reporting, such as usage.
Act as a SME to support broader Identity initiatives.

**Requirements**:
Preferred BA or equivalent
4+ years of experience in FP&A, Revenue Operations, or Business Analytics—preferably in a SaaS or enterprise environment.
Strong understanding of forecasting, budgeting, and financial planning processes.
Experience working with large datasets and aligning data across systems.
Proficiency in Excel and BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI); experience with Salesforce is a plus.
Demonstrated ability to support executive-level reporting and dashboards.
Strong organizational and project management skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
