We are currently looking for an experienced, dynamic, and highly motivated HelpDesk Support Specialist, responsible for providing fast and effective solutions to technical and hardware/software problems experienced by users.

**Your Duties as a Lean Tech Warrior**:

- Maintain an open line of communication with our corporate IT team.
- Understand the different functions of our software and how they impact each department.
- Identifying and promptly addressing potential issues within our software.
- Prepare, configure, and install the technological equipment to be used in the company, according to the specifications and indications.
- Execute the preparation and delivery processes of the computer elements to the employees.
- Keep the inventories of the elements managed by the IT area updated.
- Proactively looked for gaps in current test coverage and created new test artifacts.
- Reviewed and refactored existing test suite to improve readability and documentation.
- Develop and execute thorough test plans in a timely and efficient manner.
- Create and improve the quality of the testing processes.

**Why We’ll Love You**:

- Minimum experience of 2 years in the areas of Technical Support and/or Helpdesk
- Knowledge of operating systems, and preventive and corrective maintenance of Software and Hardware.
- Basic knowledge of Networks (Switching, IP Addressing, Wi-Fi) and structured cabling.
- Knowledge of in-office computer systems.
- Proven experience with **SQL** and **ticketing platform**s
