About this opportunity The **Clinical Trainer II** at Align Technology is responsible for educating dental professionals on the effective use of a complex and highly sensitive digital impression scanner. Through instructor-led training, this role supports dentists and their teams in adopting advanced dental treatments and comprehensive clinical solutions. By the end of the training, learners should feel confident using the iTero system and fully integrate the technology into their daily clinical workflow. **Key Responsibilities**: In this role, you will: - Deliver initial and ongoing **virtual trainings** for new and existing customers on the iTero product line. - Use digital tools and technology to provide **virtual classroom training** and ongoing training support. - Deliver educational content through lectures, group sessions, and hands-on workshops, as needed. - Provide **follow-up training sessions**, actively addressing action items and customer needs. - Deploy all required training modules in alignment with defined lesson plans and timelines. - Adapt instructional strategies to different audiences, including doctors, dental assistants, and hygienists. - Implement lesson plans effectively and on time, ensuring a high-quality learning experience. - Deliver training for the active portfolio to **internal stakeholders** (Sales, Business Development, Channels, and other teams). - Analyze and interpret **KPIs related to digital adoption, training engagement, and customer behavior**, translating insights into actionable strategies in partnership with Sales team. - Act as a **consultative internal partner** for Sales, supporting digital adoption through education, data analysis, and targeted training initiatives. - Support digital adoption initiatives while maintaining strong alignment with sales team, ensuring continuity and complementarity of efforts. - Participate in internal meetings, reviews, and planning sessions, providing insights based on training outcomes and adoption metrics. - Develop, update, and continuously improve training materials and educational content. - Work on problems that require analysis of multiple factors, using data and situational context to recommend solutions. - Build productive internal and external working relationships. - Deliver presentations and educational content to diverse audiences, demonstrating confidence in **public speaking** and structured communication. - Support continuing education initiatives and represent the training team in academic partnerships and dental congresses, when needed. - Support in-person initiatives and **travel as required**, in accordance with business needs and company guidelines. - Expanding knowledge of related disciplinary area **Skills, Knowledge & Expertise**: In this role, you’ll need: - Bachelor’s degree in Dentistry is required - At least 2 years of relevant professional experience in medical devices, dental equipment, or healthcare technology is preferred - Capability to develop in this role over a period of **2-3 years**, in line with business needs and performance expectations. - Strong sense of urgency and time management - Demonstrates knowledge of local, regional and national industry insights. - Understanding customer’s key performance indicators (KPI) and propose changes - Adapt, build and maintain relationships with internal and external customers - Strong self-awareness, resilience and empathy - Proficient social and emotional intelligence, creativity and innovation - Build integrated solutions with other areas - Strong organizational skills, including **time management and prioritization**. - Strong presentation skills, including comfort speaking to groups in virtual and in-person events. - Availability to **travel as required** to support in-person training activities, in accordance with business needs. - Proficient constructive communication, Teamwork & Collaboration and relationship management Proficiency in Spanish (intermediate) and/or English (advanced) is necessary. **Sound like a good fit?** Great Click the "Apply" link to let us know you are interested.
