**We are searching for the best talent for our Senior Clinical Account Specialist**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- People leader: Lead Bogotá Electrophysiology Clinical Team with two direct reports, serving as liaison and prime contact between the external stakeholders and the organization. Deployment of sales strategies in the field ensuring the advancement of CARTO therapy and the achievement of sales goals.- Customer Relationship Development: Cultivate and nurture strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders across multiple levels of the healthcare ecosystem, including physicians, clinical staff, administrators, and decision-makers. Leverage these relationships to gather market insights, identify unmet needs, and drive product positioning strategies on Bogotá Electrophysiology market.
- Therapy Awareness: Develop and carry on therapy awareness activities, clinical education programs and product demonstration to key stakeholder. Conduct hands-on training sessions demonstrating proper use of the technology and providing real-time feedback to healthcare professionals.
- Field Trainer: Responsible for delivering training programs to new team-members, guiding their learning curve on Electrophysiology and Cardiac Arrythmia mapping. Performance coaching by offering constructive feedback and mentoring to improve work results and customer interactions.
- Mobile Equipment and logistics: Lead the decision-making regarding the strategic allocation and deployment of Mobile CARTO equipment to increase market share and expand the reach of the business. Served as the Equipment Leader for all business unit-owned EP equipment, ensuring correct functioning and meticulous documentation for efficient maintenance scheduling.
- Strategic Collaboration and Problem-Solving: Drive collaboration across internal and external teams to develop innovative solutions that address customer needs, improve operational efficiency, and enhance product performance.
- Ongoing Product Knowledge and Market Trends: Continuously monitor the latest product innovations, industry trends, and competitive dynamics to stay ahead of market shifts. Leverage this knowledge to build customer loyalty, refine marketing strategies, and maintain the brand's leadership position in the market.**Qualifications**:

- Experiencie witth Electophisiology
- Professional with a degree in Nursing or Biomedical Engineering.
- At least one year of experience in electrophysiology procedures.
- Experience working with medical staff.
- Background in healthcare institutions or medical device companies.
