New Real Estate investment company based out of Indianapolis, USA. Direct hire position. Looking for an over the phone Sales person. You need to have prior phone sales experience and or high ticket sales items. MUST be a positive, driven person who likes to help others and loves sales. The main role is to talk to motivated sellers, offer solutions to their situation and close deals. We need a team player. Someone that likes to help others, who is coachable and has consistent work.

**Qualifications**:

- Extremely strong sales experience: High volume sales or high ticket items
- Very strong phone skills
- Fluent English Speaker - Clear pronunciation.
- Has excellent organization, time management, and follow-up skills, strong attention to detail.
- Familiarity with CRM’s or ability to learn new systems quickly
- Has a high-level of integrity

**Requirements**:

- Working high-speed laptop or desktop
- Reliable Car *
- DSL Internet - 20 Mbps or higher (Will be asked to speed test)
- Headset with noise cancelation
- Home-office setup with a quiet location
- Effective at using Zoom, Meet or Skype
- Excellent internet and power supply without interruptions
- Backup equipment (power and internet)

- Number of Offers
- Revenue Generated vs Objectives
- 80 Dials a day
- Talk Time
- Contracts sent

**Compensation**:

**Type**:Base** + Commissions

**Schedule**: Weekly Pay

**Base Salary**: 4.00/hr

**Commissions**: 6%, 8%

**Hours**:
10 am - 6 pm EST. Mon-Fri
- A 30 min lunch break

Pay: $278,914,800 - $371,886,400 per month

**Education**:

- High school or equivalent (required)

**Experience**:

- Sales: 2 years (required)

License/Certification:

- Driver's License (preferred)
