Affiliate Manager Latam

As an Affiliate Manager, you will be directly responsible for:
- prospecting and on-boarding new agencies/affiliates to provide traffic to Performante’s campaigns on LATAM market
- negotiating contracts and terms of cooperation with traffic partners
- implementing CPA/ CPS/ CPL/ CPI/ CPE campaigns with traffic partners to boost clients sales
- building long-term relationships with managed partners to grow cooperation and maximise campaign results
- finding business opportunities with managed partners and creating strategies to drive sales
- analysing campaign data and drawing actionable conclusions to optimise campaigns
- monitoring results and preparing reports internally and for traffic partners
We expect from you:
- experience in running online campaigns and familiarity with performance marketing models (CPA, CPI, CPC etc)
- proven track record in managing ad network and/or affiliate accounts
- strong sales/negotiation skills with experience in meeting business targets
- very good orientation in latest trends in digital marketing
- excellent analytical skills, very good knowledge of Excel/Numbers
- great attention to details and focus on delivering high-quality products and services
- drive for results, curiosity, interest in new technologies, etc.
- time management and planning skills
- ambition, eagerness to learn and improve your skills
- readiness to grow together with the company, ability to adapt to quickly changing environment
- fluent command of English and Spanish (a must)
