Drive Business Growth as Affiliate Manager

RoverPass is seeking a talented and experienced individual to join their team as an Affiliate Manager and play a crucial role in driving business growth. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the company's affiliate program and working with affiliates to drive sales and increase brand awareness.

You will work closely with the marketing and sales teams to develop and implement affiliate marketing strategies, create and distribute promotional materials, negotiate commission rates and other incentives with affiliates, and monitor the performance of affiliates. You will also collaborate with other teams to ensure the affiliate program aligns with overall business objectives.

Skills & Qualifications
- Proven experience as an Affiliate Manager or similar role
- Strong knowledge of affiliate marketing techniques and best practices
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong analytical skills to analyze data and identify trends
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively
- Experience with affiliate tracking and reporting tools
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration or related field
