**About this opportunity**

The **Commercial Excellence Specialist CALA** is an experienced professional in charge for efficiently analyze, provide Insights and track the performance of Territory Managers, Clinical Advisors and Support Team. In means of achieving the established goals they support and ensure the execution of commercial activities. Through new tools and methods, enable sales operations strategies and continuously seek for improve performance improvement for both Invisalign and iTero revenue and on top of this enable our teams to take the right business decisions through the usage of our existing reports, forming the best performing sales organization and implementing successful business strategies across the region.

**In this role, you will**
- Systematic execute, control and reporting sales metrics, supporting commercial team across the CALA region
- Work to improve the execution of sales processes in place, including quota definition, account planning, reporting, sales teams sizing & deployment, cycle plan, structure alignment, sales incentives, customer programs & commercial administrative activities
- Plan and implement new strategic projects to improve analytics on sales and support functions
- Coordinate activities to foster the proposal of ideas aiming to improve internal processes, customer satisfaction, and or overall department efficiencies.
- Support the team on CRM and BI tools, plan and implement new functionalities, share knowledge and foster discipline usage across the organization.
- Handle escalations, difficult or sensitive issues following department guidelines.
- Planning projects, elaborating documenting presentations and reports.
- Engage with members of the Sales, Clinical and Customer teams force and other teams around our operation, within or associated to the company, supporting customers and or providing ideas for improvement.
- Perform “ad hoc” sales analysis and required sales processes as assigned
- Be responsible for Training Courses for all organization regarding his/her area
- Check the main business metrics tracked, propose friendly layouts and UIs, define frequency update and training usage of the reports, adapting the training to the audience analytics skills.

**In this role, you’ll need **
- Minimum 4 years sales operations experience with previous experience at sales project management level
- Analytical skills and thrive in a detail-oriented environment
- Demonstrated experience with both high level sales operations strategy and day to day detailed sales operations work
- Develop and deliver effective presentations
- Internal corporate, project management and execution and operational experience preferred
- Bottom-line and results oriented

**Education**:

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, MBA is desirable.
- Advanced English is mandatory. Fluent Spanish is strongly required.
