**YOUR ROLE**
This is an outsourcing role, you'd be assigned to one of our Clients to perform the following duties for their business:
**General Administrative duties to fulfill the needs of the operation.**
- Respond to team member and client queries.
- Manage and process team expenses.

**Accounts**
- Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable management.
- Creating, sending, and following up on invoices.

**Reporting**
- Reviewing and performing audits on financial statements and reports.
- Research, report and resolve account discrepancies.
- Prepare monthly updates of expense receipts and statements.
- Financial analysis (income & expense trends, top expenditures, etc.) to suggest improvements in accuracy, efficiency, and reducing costs.
- Account reconciliation and general ledger reclassification.
- Continuous compliance with all regulatory, banking, tax, and other financial obligations, reporting and keeping record of the needed requirements.
- Reinforce financial data confidentiality and conduct database backups, as needed.

**REQUIREMENTS**
- Bachelor’s Degree required in Accounting or Finance.
- Knowledge with Quickbooks
- Avdanced/Expert knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets.
- C1-C2 Level of Written and Spoken English
- Strong knowledge of bookkeeping.

Pay: $30,000 - $60,000 per hour

Expected hours: 30 - 40 per week
