**Your Mission**

We are looking for a dynamic, energetic and experienced Human Resources Manager who will be responsible for coordinating all administrative activities related to the personnel. Their duties include developing recruitment, hiring, managing staff benefits, payroll, behavior and onboarding new employees in LATAM Regio.

**You Will**
- Manage the staffing process, including recruiting, interviewing, hiring and onboarding
- Ensure all company HR policies are applied consistently
- Maintain HR systems and processes
- Ensure that the payroll and hiring processes are carried out under regulations of each country
- Establish yourself as trusted business partner and support LATAM offices with all the process.
- Establish benefits package offer for all LATAM employees.

**Requirements**:
Bachelor degree

5 years experience in HR

Knowledge in laboral law

English: intermediate
