Sr. Human Resources Manager

**Basic Qualifications**:
Reporting to the HR VP LATAM and based in Colombia, the HR Manager will provide end to end HR support for the employees based in Colombia and other Latin American locations if required. This will include the full spectrum of HR Business partner activities - development, performance, recruitment, employee relations, employee engagement, training, reward / benefits & organizational design. The role should adapt HR strategies into actionable initiatives that address function needs as well as assist leaders to build robust HR plans based on greater levels of insights and identified needs from the functions.

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide HR business partnering to assigned client groups in Colombia. This will include the full spectrum of HR activities - recruitment, employee relations, training, reward, performance management, etc.
- Lead all communications efforts for the whole business unit population in Colombia (i.e., People News, Employee Opinion Survey Comms and Plans, Events.
- Function as Employee Engagement lead for Colombia (i.e., comms, strategy, execution of activities as needed).
- Liaise with HR Coordinators to ensure smooth onboarding process for new hires in Colombia.
- Provide support with any training that is scheduled, including actual training facilitation and logistics handling.
- Facilitate the development and deployment of the employee’s engagement agenda, ensuring complete understanding of employee vs business priorities and ensuring that the right plans are in place and fully owned by local leaders.
- Work with Employment Law and local attorneys to ensure the fully alignment with the local law and execute proper interventions as needed.
- Ensure the foreign employees have their visas updated and support them with their possible migration issues.
- Work with global Compensation and Benefits team/center of expertise to define the compensation and benefits agenda, ensuring appropriate levels of local competitiveness. Seeks new local opportunities and recommend and drives program improvements.
- Coach leaders on the development of high potentials
- Ensure all new employees fulfil NBCU training requirements. Set-up and run ad-hoc training (i.e. HR systems, recruitment, and performance management) as and when required.
- Perform other duties and special projects, as assigned

**Qualifications/Requirements**

Qualifications / Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field of study.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant HR partnering experience.
- Experience in one or multiple Latin American countries.
- Project Management Experience.
- Must be fully fluent in English and Spanish (both written and verbal), Portuguese a plus.
- Experience working directly with key decision makers in a corporation
- Strong analytical and communication skills

- Experience with SAP is a plus
