Role Activities and Responsibilities
Zappi is looking for a Regional Enterprise Account Manager to manage partnerships with key Enterprise customers in the LATAM region.
This role is responsible for managing an existing partner and enabling them to better use our tools and platform capabilities as well as helping to embed new testing methodologies. This role will look for opportunities to foster existing relationships and help customers achieve their desired business outcomes.
This position is based in LATAM and will be part of the Global Enterprise Partnerships Team, working closely with the Global Account Director. To achieve your goals you will utilize best in class training, account management, and product marketing knowledge in partnership with the revenue and product function.
Key Responsibilities
- Use your knowledge of the market research space and understanding of customer goals to become a consultative partner for a key set of strategic accounts
- Work within your account team to build, map and execute on an account strategy that increases usage occasions and value-add engagements for the customer
- Connect business-building insights from the Zappi platform with clients' strategic needs to strengthen and grow the relationship.
- Work closely with the Zappi product organization and customer Centers of Excellence to facilitate positive customer experiences and build consensus for the adoption of Zappi’s platform throughout their organization
- Where applicable, partner with Zappi Global Account Director and other members of the revenue team to support international account strategies

**Requirements**:
- BA/BS Degree or equivalent
- 5+ years of market research experience within new business development, customer management or client side
- Genuine expert knowledge in consumer research with a passion for advertising and innovation research - from working in an agency +/or customer side.
- Able to manage complex situations, help people work through politics, overcome legacy biases and enable them to unlock their full potential through the efficient use of software
- Curiosity for technology and empowering organizations to digitize their insights processes.
- Systematically solves problems and hypothesizes possible customer pain points, expectations and implicit needs. Brainstorms with team members to devise solutions to solve complex challenges.
- Proactive, highly driven and self-motivated
- Proven ability to work in a dynamic, fast paced, customer focused environment
- Proficient in Salesforce and G-Suite
