This is a great choice for an ambitious doer, maker and innovator, especially since it requires experience in demand planning and data management. We are looking for a great team player to join Edgewell Personal Care - a global consumer goods business with a portfolio of over 25 brands (Wilkinson Sword, Schick, Hawaiian Tropic, Carefree, Bulldog Skincare, Jack Black and recently acquired Cremo Groomingjust to name a few).

Now, Let’s Get Down to Business

Reporting to our Latam Supply Planning Coordinator this position will develop and perform data analytics to maintain, improve and optimize LATAM supply planning activities.

To increase efficiency and reduce costs. For this position it is required analytical mindset and strong business acumen. Problem solving skills and attention to detail are essential.

Also this position will consolidate the Production Plan Projection MXPC from all LatAm markets, consolidate and report the KPIs (Adherence to plan, SOE archive)

and adjust the parameters in Manugistics for all the markets.

Last but not least this position will manage all the regional data bases ensuring that all products are timely included (Production Plan MXPC)

Ideally you will have similar experience gained within a consumer goods/retail or commercial company.

In addition, it would be great if you have the following skills and experience:

- 2 years of experience in production or Materials Planning.(Demand Planning)
- High assertive communication and support with the supply sourcing locations and demand planning local teams
- Data management, analysis and reporting experience
- Strong analytical and math skills - focused on details - (Advanced Excell)
- Graduate in Engineering Industrial or Administration
- Capable to work in a cross-functional team environment (Teamwork)
- Fluent level of English (Written and Verbal)
- Experience working regionally with LatAm markets (preferred)
- Problem-solving ability.
- Work schedules that vary from typical business hours.
