**Company Description**

As a Leasing and Tenant Relations Associate, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless operations related to tenant leasing and retention, with a strong focus on delivering exceptional customer service, proactive problem-solving, and meticulous attention to detail. You will act as a key point of contact for tenants and leasing agents, helping to facilitate all aspects of the leasing process.

**Role Description**

**Section 8 Rentals**: Manage all aspects of Section 8 housing rentals, including tenant inquiries, eligibility verification, and ongoing tenant support.

**Tenant Retention**: Actively work on retaining tenants by building strong relationships, addressing concerns promptly, and implementing tenant retention strategies.

**Scheduling**: Coordinate and schedule inspections, move-ins, and move-outs to ensure all processes are completed efficiently and on time.

**Leasing Agent Support**: Provide administrative and operational support to the leasing agent, including follow-ups and tenant communications.

**Customer Service**: Deliver outstanding customer service to tenants, addressing their needs and resolving issues proactively.

**Problem Solving**: Identify potential issues and address them proactively, offering creative solutions to tenant and leasing challenges.

**Attention to Detail**: Maintain accurate and up-to-date tenant files, lease agreements, and related documentation.

**Qualifications**

**Fluency in English** (written and spoken) is required.

Experience handling Section 8 rentals or a similar housing assistance program.

Strong **customer service skills** with a proactive approach to resolving issues.

Excellent **verbal and written communication** skills.

High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

Ability to manage and schedule multiple tasks efficiently.

Problem-solving skills with a positive, proactive attitude.

Experience in a **remote working environment** is preferred.

Proficiency in property management software and tools is a plus.
