We are looking for an experienced Marketing Director to lead our marketing organization, develop and manage marketing programs that support business objectives, lead acquisition, foster customer retention, partner with sales to advance commercial goals, and brand building.

**Qualifications**
- 10+ years of experience in Marketing.
- Marketing experience, preferably in the North American market
- Experience building complex marketing programs and reporting on the results
- Integrated marketing expertise, including online and offline complex marketing programs and content generation activities.
- Exposure to account-based marketing programs, preferably in the B2B space
- Strong ability to develop and foster relationships with sales teams, stakeholders, and external partners
- Strong Experience in digital marketing and Endo marketing strategies.
- Strong project management skills
- Strong problem-solving ability, including metrics-driven thinking
- Experience with different communications and marketing channels
- Fluent in English

**Responsibilities**:

- Oversees company’s promotion and advertising efforts to drive sales and build brand awareness.
- Build marketing programs to support specific marketing objectives across different channels and segments in support of our overall strategic marketing plan
- Develop an overall marketing plan,
- approving campaigns and measuring the return on investment of various advertising methods.
- Develop business cases for marketing programs at the proposal stage and make recommendations on marketing tactics
- Evaluate the impact of marketing programs in achieving their stated objectives, including impact on lead flow, LTV, and retention
- Develop a full content marketing strategy that can be implemented across the organization and oversee its execution
- Develop an overall marketing plan, approve campaigns, and measure the return on investment of various advertising methods.
- Manage relationships with external organizations and associations to maximize their value for the organization
- Partner with sales to support key commercial opportunities and lead generation
- Implement an account-based marketing program to increase the share of wallet with new and existing customers
- Partner with and manage creative teams, other internal stakeholders, and external agencies and vendors
- Lead the execution of marketing programs from start to finish, driving collaboration with the stakeholders and leveraging the right internal processes
- Take increasing ownership of marketing strategies
- Work with the other marketing teams, other internal stakeholders, and external agencies and vendors
