Team Overview:
We’re on the lookout for a creative and motivated individual who wants to continue growing and building a career in marketing, joining us as a Rides
**Marketing Lead for Passenger for Colombia, Middle Americas and the Caribbean. **You will be joining our expanding marketing department at an exciting time. The company is growing rapidly and much of this growth is being driven by our marketing activity. This position reports to the Head of Marketing for Rides for
**Middle Americas and the Caribbean** and will be located in Bogotá.

Role Responsibilities:
In this role you be focusing on:

- Understanding the market's dynamic, identifies which are the industry top players and prioritize on acquisition strategy.
- Designing and execute local marketing campaigns to win customer preference (online and offline)
- Finding opportunities based on data and business intelligence to build Marketing Strategy for the business
- Managing Marketing budget with positive ROI
- Executing DiDi’s partnerships and sponsorships campaigns
- Analyzing consumer and business insights to identify opportunities and propose actionable solutions
- Analyzing marketing initiatives, KPIs and ROI

Role Qualifications:
**The Successful applicant**:

- Have a minimum of 5 years’ experience in brand building roles
- Bachelor in Administration, Publicity, Social Communication or similar careers.
- Professional proficiency in Spanish and English.
- Google Ads and/or Analytics certified is valued
