**Your mission as a (Senior) Business Development Representative - LatAm**

Appinio is looking for a rockstar **(Senior) Business Development Representative - LatAm (M/F/d)** to build a strong foundation for Appinio in this new market. You will play a pivotal role in building strategic relationships, identifying market opportunities, and laying the groundwork for our expansion into the LatAm region. This is a unique opportunity to be at the forefront of Appinio's entry into the LatAm market and to be a key contributor to the company's global success. The position offers a high degree of autonomy and the opportunity to shape the market strategy of a leading technology company.

**What you’ll be doing**
- Develop and execute a comprehensive market entry strategy for LatAm
- Identify and build relationships with key stakeholders and potential clients in the region
- Close meetings for the Sales Representatives
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop targeted campaigns for the LatAm market
- Establish operational processes and ensure compliance with local needs
