**Job Description**:
We are looking for a Middle/Senior Genesys Cloud Consultant to join our team, who will help us work on solutions and implement technologies that will improve user experience.
**Responsibilities**
- Be the direct point of technical contact to provide high-quality consultancy for Genesys solutions to customers
- Answer support tickets in a timely matter
- Develop categorization and perform 3rd-party objective quantitative analysis to identify the root cause
- Review Architect call flows, skills, and routing strategies
- Communicate with the end users to receive more information on the issues that may occur and require resolution
- Demonstrate tickets solutions to the customer

**Qualifications**:

- 3+ years of experience with enterprise Contact Center telephony solutions, preferably Genesys Cloud product suite
- Genesys Cloud knowledge with the focus on maintenance and IVR development on Architect
- Knowledge and practical experience with contact centers
- Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications Engineering preferred or equivalent experience
- Excellent soft skills, successful history of communication with customers
- Ability to focus on the client's needs
