**About the role**

Deel is looking for a Senior Brand Designer to join the Brand Team and drive creating a variety of brand expressions. The role is perfect for someone who has interest in working at a company that solves a real human problem. We move swiftly so ideally you would enjoy a fast pace environment. This job is fully remote, with teammates currently based across the U.S. and Europe.

**What you’ll do at Deel**

You will hold one of the the key roles at the upcoming company rebrand and help shape a brand whose base is in strong core values and the means of expression keep evolving — just like the world. You will report to the creative director and oversee junior designers.

**Some key qualifications**
- BFA in graphic design or similar
- 6+ years of experience working in the design industry
- A portfolio demonstrating expert typography and brand identity design skills
- Data visualization design skills
- An obsessive attention to details
- A bravery to push the creative boundaries
- An enthusiastic self-starter
- Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite and Figma

**Bonus points**
- Experience in art direction for photography & film
- Experience working with both B2B and B2C brands
