**What You'll Do**:
As the Senior UX/UI Designer, you will play a pivotal role in defining and enhancing the user experience of our SaaS automation platform. You will be responsible for creating a comprehensive design system using Shadcn/UI and Tailwind CSS as the foundation. This is an exciting opportunity to lead the design efforts from the ground up and make a significant impact on our product's success.
- Lead the design process for our SaaS platform, from concept to execution, ensuring a seamless and intuitive user experience.
- Develop and implement a cohesive design system using Shadcn/UI and Tailwind CSS.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into compelling design solutions.
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to continuously improve the user experience.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that align with our brand and product vision.
- Ensure consistency and adherence to design standards across all product features and updates.
- Mentor and provide guidance to junior designers as the team grows.

**What You'll Bring**:

- 5+ years of experience in UX/UI design, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
- Expert-level proficiency in Figma.
- Extensive experience with Shadcn/UI and Tailwind CSS.
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience with user research and usability testing methodologies.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

**Nice-To-Haves**:

- Experience designing for SaaS platforms or enterprise software.
- Familiarity with front-end development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
- Knowledge of accessibility standards and best practices.
