**About the Role**

• Design visually stunning and intuitive websites that captivate users and effectively convey our brand message.
• Create performative landing page designs that drive engagement for top-funnel marketing efforts, refresh website designs, and develop new layouts.
• Work closely with marketing teams to translate marketing ideas into pixel-perfect designs that effectively communicate our brand message.
• Utilize Figma wireframes to develop and refine design concepts.
• Ensure website performance optimization for speed and SEO.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement design solutions and meet project goals.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to ensure our websites remain innovative and competitive.

**Who You Are**

• Proven experience as a Web Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing landing page designs.
• Expertise in Webflow and proficiency in Figma.
• Ability to work in PST - CST time zones.
• Strong English writing skills.
• Familiarity with tools such as Slack and Notion.
• Looking for a part-time job.
