**Position Purpose**:
**Production Analyst for Content Lab - multimedia is responsible for creating (designing), adapting and delivering attractive digital content (videos, key visuals, graphic pieces) following digital industry standards and best practices, as well as following the policies of Colgate. You will work with the main stakeholders, going from our Digital Creation, eCommerce, Marketing, Agencies, Customer Development and GIT teams, supporting multiple brands.**

**Let’s talk about responsibilities**:

- **
Adapt and create key visuals, multimedia and other digital assets for Colgate, working with company teams and digital partner agencies across Latinoamerica.**
- ** Ensures that best practices and brand guidelines are followed in all developments.**
- ** Ensure projects are delivered on time and report production hours accordingly.**
- ** Guarantee the quality of all assets, compliance with corporate guidelines and technical standards, usability and monitoring of the industry.**
- ** Ensure Usage Rights of all digital assets published are following agency controls.**
- ** Communicate to local teams and division teams new assets are properly set to go-live**
- ** Interact with digital agencies and internal stakeholders in the LATAM division to obtain guidelines and support for project implementations.**
- ** Report to Production Coordinator - BEX the project status and timelines.**

**What you need for this position**:

- **
Bachelor Degree (10 semester program graduated) in Interactive Media Design, Multimedia, Graphic Design, Communications, Advertising.**
- ** At least 1 year of experience in graphic design, conceptualization, motion graphics, post-production and / or video / audio editing.**
- ** Adobe creative cloud**:Photoshop, Illustrator,** After Effects, Premiere.**
- ** Intermediate English Level.**
- ** Portfolio showcasing creative assets and experience**

**Is a plus if you have**:

- **
Digital graphic production in a creative agency**
- ** Atlassian Tools (Jira, Confluence)**
- ** Basig knowledge in programming**
