**We are searching the best talent for Project Coordinator to be in São José dos Campos, São Paulo, Bogota, Cali, Pilar, Buenos Aires, Mexico City.**

**Purpose**:
The Project Coordinator must guarantee flawless execution of new product development and introduction balancing speed to market, at the right cost, delivering consumer & customer requirements while in full compliance supporting business profitable growth. Oversee and accelerate the execution and delivery of multiple product development projects, ensuring the participation and alignment of all areas involved through a cross-functional team.

**You will be responsible for**:

- Manage cross-functional teams responsible for the successful completion of multiple product development projects
- Track and conduct performance reviews of the multiple projects under his/her responsibilities
- Keep management updated on project progress (schedule, cost and compliance), barriers to implementation and risks, with the corresponding corrective actions and mitigation plan
- Work closely and collaboratively with area personnel in accomplishing project objectives
- Ensure that projects are initiated, planned, executed, controlled and closed according to project management methodology
- Lead 3 Sr. Analysts
- Develop lessons learned for continuous improvement of new product launch process, launch cycle to launch cycle

**Qualificações**:

- Project management experience
- Demonstrated success in managing multiple projects
- Knowledge of overall supply chain process experience in one or more of the following: Planning, Distribution, Manufacturing, Sourcing, PMO
- Thorough knowledge of NPI Process - Desirable
- PMI / FPX certificate - Desirable
- Advanced English - Required
- Intermediate Spanish - Desirable
- Microsoft Project - Desirable
- PLW - Desirable
- Leadership, facilitation and negotiation skills
- Demonstrated ability in conflict resolution and change management
- Strong communication & alignment skills and ability to coordinate and create commitment at all levels
- Strong problems solving skills with a proactive approach
- Must be a change agent
- Be extremely organized
- Strategic skill to guarantee alignment between projects execution and business needs
- Portfolio Management Knowledge
- Analytical financial skills
- Strong organizational skills to give the team direction
