**ABOUT THE ROLE**

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Analyst who deeply understands people and can connect talent to the opportunities where it will most flourish. This role requires someone proactive, highly self-motivated, and able to lead important practices in the Talent team.

**What will you do?**
- Deeply understand the profiles needed for Autolab
- Implement Headhunting in a consistent and agile way (Identifying the biggest learnings per sprint).
- Identify the best sources for each type of profile and document it.
- Aggressively find and procure top talent from across the globe.
- Communicate to the world that Autolab is a place where top talent belongs.
- Establish best practices for recruiting across current and new ventures.

**WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR**
- A Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Economy, Industrial Engineering or a related field.
- 0-1 year of work experience. Desirable experience in recruiting or talent acquisition processes.
- Ability to work full-time in Bogotá.
- Willingness to work in a collaborative work environment.
- Positive attitude.
- Hands-on, resourceful and collaborative.
- Eager to experiment and learn fast.
- Intermediate English level.
