**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage data storage and extraction processes, ensuring data integrity and accessibility.
- Develop and implement strategies for business intelligence, transforming data into actionable insights and KPIs.
- Collaborate with the management team, providing technical insights and directing project traffic efficiently.
- Led and coordinate software projects, focusing on system integrations rather than development from scratch.
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA and other relevant industry regulations or standards.
- Throughout the first month, the focus will be on understanding and documenting systems, organizing projects, and tracking tasks. After this phase, we expect this person to provide insights that will help the organization develop new processes and standards.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in project management and integrations.
- Specific knowledge in technologies like Salesforce and PowerBI.
- Strong background in data management and business intelligence.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Great managerial skills, from requirements gathering to completion.
- Solid database and data management skills.
- Understanding of software data models and mapping to business requirements.

- Data analytics and integration, and data reporting tools like PowerBI (3+ years).
- Experience with account ERP solutions, such as Netsuite.
- Experience with Integration Platform as a Service (iPaaS) tools (2+ years).
