**Your Focus**
- Design websites that drive leads using simplicity, user-friendliness, the latest web standards and accessibility best practices
- Write copy that builds credibility and generates leads
- Search engine optimization (SEO) sites with a keyword strategy, content strategy and organic search rankings
- Generate colour schemes that incorporate client logo colour schemes
- Quality assurance test and peer review sites
- Perform website updates and maintenance requests
- Monitor and audit sites to generate recommendations for user experience, content strategy, and user interface improvements
- Assist in quick resolution of client-facing challenges or issues
- Audit and improve processes to improve turnaround times

**Who You Are**
- 2+ years in web design; great design sensibility
- Strong knowledge of on-page SEO and ranking strategy
- Strong writing skills. You communicate concisely and compellingly
- Experience with design tools, including Photoshop and Illustrator, among others
- Track record of managing client requests and steering them toward better outcomes
- Experience with HTML and CSS. JavaScript knowledge is a huge asset. - enables them to be more creative - in design phase
