Premise is growing, and we are looking to add a** **Health & Safety Analyst** to our high-performance team. This person will be responsible for designing and implementing the occupational health and safety management system, ensuring the management of special cases of occupational and general diseases, as well as training and educating staff on the processes established by the Occupational Health and Safety Management System. Additionally, they will present the progress of the OH&S and coordinate the company’s wellness activities.

**What You Will Do**:

- Ensure compliance with the Occupational Health and Safety System.
- Coordinate, plan, and follow up on the Workplace Committee, Copasst, and Emergency Brigade.
- Monitor health cases of internal employees and outsourced employees (Colombia and Mexico).
- Implement the Psychosocial Risk Battery.
- Support audits.
- Promote the participation of all company members in the implementation of the OH&S Management System.
- Develop training activities on health and safety.
- Coordinate and execute the agenda for Social Welfare events.

**What You Bring Along**:

- Professional or technical degree in business administration, industrial engineering, psychology, or related fields.
- Professional degree in occupational health and safety with a valid license.
- 3 to 5 years of specific experience in the OH&S area in medium-sized companies.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace tools.
- Preferably, English level B1.
