We are looking for a
SHE Analyst
to join our
Textiles Business Unit
in Bogotá, Colombia. This role is key to ensuring compliance with local legislation and corporate EHS standards while fostering a strong safety and sustainability culture across our two sites in Colombia.

Responsibilities

  • Implement and maintain the Integrated Management System for Health, Safety, and Environment (EHS).
  • Ensure compliance with local regulations and corporate standards.
  • Coordinate safety programs, emergency brigades, medical exams, and activities with the occupational risk administrator (ARL).
  • Manage proper labeling and storage of chemical products.
  • Support accident and incident investigations.
  • Keep EHS documentation and procedures updated.
  • Deliver training programs on occupational health, safety, and environmental topics.

Qualifications

  • Education:
    Technical or Technologist degree in Safety, Health, Environment, or related fields.
  • Experience:
    Minimum 2 years in SHE or occupational health and safety roles (recent graduates with some experience are welcome).
  • Preferred Knowledge:
    Integrated Management System auditing.
  • Occupational Health and Safety license.
  • Current legal regulations on SST and environmental management.
  • English level B1 (preferred).
  • Skills:
    Leadership, resilience, effective communication, decision-making, analytical thinking.
