Our company provides drayage services in the Houston and Chicago regions, and we are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team. This position entails delivering operational customer service support to our key customers. The role requires surpassing customer expectations by addressing issues, accurately inputting orders into the TMS system, and troubleshooting daily tasks.

**Responsibilities**
- Input data entry / reporting
- Constantly maintain communication with customers and brokers
- Ensure all necessary information needed for container pickups
- Schedule deliveries and communicate them drivers
- Address and resolve problems with shipments in transit in a timely manner
- Build relationships and provide excellent customer service

**Qualifications**
- Associate or Bachelor's degree in business or related field preferred or equivalent work experience in lieu of degree
- Previous experience in transportation and logistics is preferred
- Excellent communication, presentation, and customer service skills
- Team player with ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

**Salary**:

- $1000 a month to start

**100% Remote job**
