As a **Dispatcher,** you will be responsible for analyzing and interpreting data and providing logistics information to aid cost-effective, efficient, timely, and high-quality logistics solutions.

**Some of your responsibilities are but are not limited to**:

- Build relationships with assigned carriers.
- Generate delivery orders for internal and external trucking moves (FCL & LTL) for bookings and equipment requirements. Dispatch trucks to ensure moves are done on time and efficiently.
- Respond timely to booking requests from Documentation Coordinators and customers.
- Provide quotes to customers (internal and external) timely and accurately.

**Minimum requirements**:

- ** Studies**:High School Degree.
- **Experience**: at least 6 months of experience in logistics industry as a** Dispatcher.**:

- **Language**: Advanced English skills. B2 or C1 preferred.

**Perks**:

- ** Schedule**: Monday to Friday from 7 am to 4 pm. (We work by the American calendar)
- **Contract**:Indefinite term contract + Benefits.
- **Places**: Hubtek Parque el Poblado Medellín, Wework Barranquilla & Wework Bogotá **(this position will be on site first 2 months then it would be 100% remote)**:

- **Salary**: Base **2.500.000** cop + commissions in USD after 2 months **(Estimated 500USD+ depending on # of trucks dispatched).
