Poker Marketing Designer

We're searching for a Poker Marketing Designer to take our poker brand and promotional campaigns to the next level. This role is an exciting opportunity to blend creative marketing with product design, ensuring that every visual touchpoint - whether in-app, on social media, or in digital campaigns - captures the energy and excitement of our poker product.

As part of the Poker CX team, you will report to the Product Director while working closely with the marketing team to develop high-impact visuals that drive player acquisition, engagement, and retention. Your designs will enhance the player experience, improve conversion, and strengthen the poker platform design. This role will be a mix of fresh concept development, strategic thinking, and production design to ensure the successful execution of all marketing deliverables.

**What You'll Do**:

- Ensure a cohesive look and feel across marketing materials, aligning with the poker brand and product experience.
- Work collaboratively with the poker marketing and product teams to bring campaigns to life with effective and visually compelling creative.
- Conceptualize and execute new creative ideas while also handling production design for required marketing deliverables.
- Contribute to in-app creative by supporting UI/UX enhancements when needed.
- Stay current with trends in poker, online gaming, and digital marketing to keep creative fresh and relevant.
- Familiarity with A/B testing and user behavior insights is helpful but not required.

**What You'll Bring**:

- Fluent in English and Spanish
- Bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field preferred
- 3+ years of experience in a similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing marketing creative, including digital ads, promotional materials, social media content, and in-app assets.
- A creative problem-solver who enjoys finding engaging ways to communicate visually.
- An eye for detail and an understanding of how to create aesthetically appealing and high-performing designs.
- Balance conceptual thinking with hands-on production work, ensuring creative innovation and execution excellence.
- Manage multiple projects and deadlines while maintaining quality under pressure.
- Open to feedback and collaboration, using input to refine and elevate your designs.
- Proficiency in Figma as the primary design tool, with the ability to use Adobe products to support designs as needed.
