Project Development Manager, Head Colombia

Expected Experience and Responsibilities:
**Main Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate the execution of the development of wind and hybrid projects in Colombia;
- Develop network with local developers in the markets;
- Contribute actively to the market intelligence in the region;
- Contribute actively to the market strategies definitions;
- Coordinate the identification and mapping of new opportunities of projects and partnerships in the region in line with the market strategies;
- Contribute actively to the evaluation and acquisition of projects;
- Contribute actively to the definition and set up of partnerships;
- Contribute actively to the structuring of projects;
- Coordinate the evaluation of projects;
- Contribute actively to the acquisition process of projects;
- Ensure appropriate reporting and documentation of the new origination opportunities and full transparency to internal stakeholders.

**Qualifications**
- At least 5 years of experience project management, project development and business development within wind, solar and hybrid projects in LATAM;
- Master of Engineering or Science in energy, industrial, civil, electrical engineering or Business Administration;
- Proficiency in English and Spanish and experience working in a multi-national team;
- Solid understanding of LATAM's markets´ energy sector and regulatory framework;
- Experience in development of renewable energy projects in Colombia. Experience in other LATAM markets is an absolute advantage;
- Prior experiences interacting with relevant authorities and stakeholders;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Google Earth.

- Knowledge of development process of Renewable energy plant in Colombia;
- Knowledge of development process of Renewable energy plant in others LATAM countries is additionally appreciated.
