**Schedule**: Fixed 9-hour shifts with a 1-hour lunch break, within the hours of 8:00 am to 7:00 pm USA CST, depending on shift assignment.

As a **Patient Support Representative**, you will handle patient and client inquiries with professionalism and empathy, ensuring that all concerns are addressed effectively. In this bilingual (English/Spanish) role, you will communicate clearly and confidently with a diverse range of clients. Previous experience in the healthcare industry is highly valued, especially with U.S. healthcare processes and terminology, though it is not a strict requirement.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Assist patients and clients by addressing inquiries and resolving concerns professionally.
- Provide accurate information and document interactions in our systems.
- Uphold patient privacy and confidentiality, adhering to HIPAA regulations.
- Collaborate with team members and provide additional support when needed.
**Requirements**:
- Fluent in English and Spanish (intermediate to advanced level).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- A clear and professional speaking voice.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
- Basic knowledge of medical terminology (preferred but not required).
- Proficient in computer use with a typing speed of 35-40 words per minute.
- Ability to multitask and adapt to a fast-paced work environment.
- Reliable high-speed internet and a quiet, dedicated workspace.
**Preferred Experience**:
- Previous experience in U.S. healthcare or in a similar patient support role is a strong plus.
