Regional Digital Transformation Financial Analyst

Overview:
identify the client’s strategic priorities, pain areas, and business needs, the basis on which bespoke solutions need to be developed, and the business case process involved.
**Responsibilities**:
- Supports the creation of business cases based on the digital solutions designed for our clients.
- Coordinate with the financial, pricing, and TAP teams to design pricing strategies for new and existing clients with an emphasis on gross margin improvements over time.
- Use of customer data, use advanced analytic and agile methods to react quickly to changing requirements and to pick up on trends early on.
- Use of financial and operational knowledge to help businesses digitize and transform to improve commercial outcomes.
- Harness the power of disruptive technologies to improve operations and increase business value through product innovations for the mass market.
- Understand critical business, operating, and technology risks and develop mitigation plans.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree, business-related field (e.g. management, financial, engineering).
Pos-Graduate degree in financial or transformation-related field (preferred).
- Master’s degree in the financial field (preferred).
- 5 to 8 years of analytic or supervisory experience in BPO/Call Center History: WFM, Financial, or Operations.
- 3 years of experience in BPO financial management.
- Certified in Lean Six Sigma (Yellow or Green Belt) Desired.
- Advanced English Level C1.
