We are searching for the best talent for CLINICAL DEMAND GENERATION SENIOR REPRESENTATIVE - ETHICON, to be in Bogotá, Colombia.
- In this role you will be responsible for:
- Creates a plan to achieve objectives through sales and servicing of medical specialists, long-term care facilities and other healthcare customers in a prescribed territory;
- Schedules appointments and makes pre-planned sales presentations to customers;
- Makes regular visits to customer locations to gather information on orders and market conditions;
- Develops customer and product focused presentation packages for sales;
- Prepares sales reports and documents as required;
- Follows up with customers to resolve any issues and ensure satisfaction;
- Provides input to sales forecast

**QUALIFICATIONS**:
**Education & Qualifications**:

- University degree, required
- Knowledge of the medical device environment - will be considered as a plus
- Experience in the Health Care sector
- Intermediate English
- 10% travel required

- Strong drive and results focus
- Excellent at building and maintaining relations
- Team player
- Proven self-starter with strong initiative, enthusiasm for details, and result orientation.
- Speed and proactivity. Quickly address issues and opportunities.
- Creative and open to new things.
- Well structured, focused & setting clear priorities.
- Skilled in Word, Excel and Power Point.
- Valid driver’s license.
- At least 3 years of driving a car experience, preferably in highway zones (between 80 and 110 km/h) and with standard vehicles.
