2-3 years of technology related business development experience
- Proven success in managing complex and multi-faceted programs with the ability to drive projects through completion. Strong project management skills and experience, including managing internal and external stakeholders.
- Analytical tendencies with a natural curiosity to measure, test, learn and iterate in order to get the best results possible.
- Ability to understand the buyer's and seller’s journeys and inventory, map, create, re-purpose content
- Proficiency English, and Spanish
Job summary
Would you like to be part of a team focused on building adoption of Amazon Web Services with prospective customers? AWS is seeking a driven, talented, and experienced Program Manager to play a critical role on success of the DG team by enabling the team to successfully launch customer focused sales initiatives for current and potential AWS customers.
As a Demand Generation Representative (DGR), you will have the exciting opportunity to drive growth and help to shape the future of our prospects and customers' organizations through transformational moves into AWS.
To support our sales teams selling efforts, you will be responsible to define, build, launch, deliver, and measure multi-modal, targeted campaigns. Partnering with internal and external teams to deliver on business requirements, our work is never dull and our goals are never modest. We are innovators and communicators who lead, initiate, advocate, and influence. Our team members have the autonomy, ownership, and responsibility to invent on behalf of our customers and to deliver new solutions that meet their rapidly growing needs trough our ecosystem.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Be customer obsessed.
- Define and implement scalable processes to organize and launch prospecting programs in LATAM.
- Coordinate, manage and run internal and external initiatives for our customers through our partner ecosystem.
- Collect feedback and propose solutions to improve customer experience while remaining frugal
- Capability of understanding customer pain points, requirements and correlating potential business to value that can be provided by AWS services.
- Create & articulate compelling value propositions around AWS services.
- Forecast, track, and report initiatives effectiveness metrics to internal and external stakeholders.
- Contribute to the knowledge base, Wiki and other AWS resources to help build the best customer experience.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Manage time efficiently, meet personal goals, and work effectively with other members of the sales, marketing, and partner team.
