**Job Opening: GHL & Global VoIP Specialist (South America)**

**About the Project**

We are building a **multi-user global phone system inside GoHighLevel (GHL)**, similar to RingCentral, to support client communication in **Latin America and Asia (Pakistan)**.The system must centralize **calls, routing, extensions, recordings, and CRM integration** in a single platform, ensuring reliable connectivity across regions.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Architect and implement a **multi-region phone system** inside GHL using Twilio, Telnyx, Plivo, or equivalent VoIP providers.
- Configure **inbound/outbound calls, extensions, IVR menus, call routing, call recording, and reporting dashboards**.
- Ensure **global call delivery (LatAm + Asia)** with optimized latency and compliance with local regulations.
- Integrate seamlessly with **GHL pipelines, contacts, and automations**.
- Enable **WebRTC or softphone functionality** so users in multiple regions can make/receive calls inside GHL.
- Provide **technical documentation (SOPs)** and train internal teams.

**Requirements**:

- Proven expertise in **GoHighLevel advanced setup** (beyond marketing campaigns, into system architecture).
- Strong experience with **VoIP providers** (Twilio, Telnyx, Plivo, or others) and global call routing.
- Knowledge of **multi-region VoIP deployment** (low latency, failover, redundancy).
- Hands-on experience with **PBX/VoIP systems** (Asterisk, FreePBX, 3CX, or similar).
- Understanding of **telecom compliance and DID availability** in both LatAm and Asia.
- Integration/API experience to connect GHL with telephony providers.
- Must be located in **South America** (time zone alignment).
- English or Spanish fluency.

**Nice to Have**
- Experience integrating **WhatsApp Business API** for omnichannel communication.
- Call center or contact center architecture experience.
- Familiarity with **SIP trunks, WebRTC optimization, and multi-tenant environments**.
