Green Lotus AI is a cutting-edge technology company specializing in deploying advanced AI agents on the GoHighLevel platform. We empower businesses to enhance their capabilities, automate complex processes, and achieve scalable growth. We are looking for a GHL expert to join our team and help us and our clients maximize the power of GHL and AI.

**Role Summary**

We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive GoHighLevel Specialist for a stable, part-time role. You will be a master of the GHL platform and its new AI-powered tools.

You will be responsible for building, managing, and optimizing funnels and automations for both Green Lotus AI's internal marketing and for our clients who use our AI agents. This role is client-facing, and you will be a key point of contact for providing direct, **ongoing technical support** and training to our English-speaking clients.

**Key Responsibilities**
- **AI-Driven Funnel Building**: Design, build, and launch high-converting sales funnels from scratch using GoHighLevel's new **AI Funnel Builder**, as well as the classic builder.
- **AI Agent Integration**: Build and manage GHL workflows that seamlessly integrate with our proprietary AI agents, ensuring a flawless experience for our clients.
- **Platform Management**: Set up and configure all aspects of new client sub-accounts, including calendars, pipelines, custom fields, forms, surveys, and call tracking.
- **Optimization & Monitoring**: Continuously monitor the health of client automations, identify bottlenecks or breaks, and proactively implement improvements.
- **Stay Current**: Keep up-to-date with all GoHighLevel updates, new features (especially AI), and best practices, and integrate them into our client strategies.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**
- **Proven GHL Expertise**: 2-3+ years of in-depth, hands-on experience with the GoHighLevel platform (be prepared to show examples of your work).
- **GHL AI Knowledge**: Demonstrable experience and deep understanding of GoHighLevel's latest AI features, particularly the **AI Funnel Builder** and AI integration within workflows.
- **Client-Facing Excellence**: Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills in **English (fluent/native-level)**. You must be comfortable, patient, and professional when training or providing ongoing support to non-technical clients.
- **Reliable Availability**: Must be consistently available to work the required shift: 11:00 AM - 3:00 PM EST (Toronto Time) without interruption.
- **Strong Automation Mindset**: A logical thinker who understands conditional logic and can build complex, multi-step workflows.
- **Proactive & Independent**: You are a problem-solver who takes initiative, manages your time effectively, and doesn't need to be micromanaged.
