We’re hiring a **Paid Social Media Buyer** who is detail-oriented, eager to learn, and passionate about performance marketing. You will manage and build paid campaigns across platforms including Meta, YouTube, TikTok, and Spotify. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in digital advertising within a global environment.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Campaign Setup**:

- Build and launch campaigns on Meta, YouTube (via Google Ads), TikTok, and Spotify
- Accurately configure targeting, budgets, schedules, and goals
- QA and upload creative assets in accordance with platform guidelines

**Campaign Management**:

- Monitor campaign delivery and performance
- Identify and troubleshoot pacing, delivery, or creative issues
- Align with the team to flag issues and ensure campaign expectations are met

**Team Collaboration**:

- Track and update campaigns using project management tools
- Collaborate with senior media buyers and reviewers for support and training

**Qualifications**:

- Foundational knowledge of media planning and performance metrics (CPM, CTR, ROAS)
- Experience with Meta Ads Manager required
- Familiarity with Google Ads and TikTok Ads Manager is a plus
- Strong analytical, communication, and teamwork skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
