**What You’ll Be Doing**
At **Social Seed**, we don’t just run ads - we **engineer ad ecosystems that drive real, measurable growth.** As our **Media Buyer**, you’ll be at the forefront of **performance marketing**, launching and optimizing digital advertising campaigns across **Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Linkedin, Youtube, X (Twitter), Google, TikTok, Pinterest, and Snapchat**.
You’ll **analyze market trends, research target audiences, and dissect competitor strategies** to ensure we’re always **one step ahead.** Your role isn’t just about spending budgets - it’s about **maximizing every impression, click, and conversion** to push our clients’ brands to the next level.
Expect to **dive deep into data**, **tracking** **ROI, CPA, CTR, and other performance metrics**, making real-time adjustments to improve efficiency. You’ll continuously experiment - running **A/B tests on creatives, audiences, and landing pages** to find the winning formula. And because strategy is just as important as execution, you’ll collaborate closely with **designers, copywriters, and strategists** to ensure ad creatives don’t just look good - they convert.
Beyond execution, you’ll be responsible for **budget management**, ensuring campaigns run efficiently, profitably, and in alignment with client objectives. And since **performance marketing never stands still**, you’ll stay ahead of **algorithm updates, new ad formats, and emerging platforms** - always bringing fresh strategies to the table.
**What It Takes to Win Here**
We need someone who’s more than just a **Media Buyer** - we need a **performance-driven, results-obsessed growth strategist.**
You should have experience **managing ad campaigns across multiple platforms**, including **Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, and Snapchat.** You’re **fluent in performance marketing metrics**, know how to **read data and make informed decisions**, and can confidently **scale ad budgets while maintaining efficiency.**
You’ll need to be proficient with **ad tracking, attribution models, and analytics tools like Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, and Hyros**. If you’re comfortable using **AI-driven tools (like ChatGPT) to optimize workflows**, that’s a big plus.
Most importantly, you should have a **growth hacker mindset** - always testing, learning, and pushing boundaries to improve ad performance.
**English proficiency is a MUST.**
This is a **fully remote role,** so you’ll need a reliable high-speed internet connection, a solid computer, and high-quality audio/video for virtual meetings.
