**Key Responsibilities**:

- Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve system performance, connectivity, and software-related issues
- Collaborate with and escalate more severe issues to development or infrastructure team
- Create and maintain technical documentation and knowledge base articles
- Identify opportunities for improving customer experience and provide feedback to the product and development teams

**Requirements**:

- 3-5 years of experience in a technical support role or similar position
- Experience with troubleshooting and resolving complex system issues
- Working knowledge of scripting and automation tools
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Experience with logging observability systems (Coralogix, or other comparable systems)
- Experience with ticketing systems and knowledge base tools
- Knowledge of scripting or programming languages for log analysis a plus
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
