**WHAT YOU WILL DO**
The position develop the Holistic Model (Mix Role), generating the demand and positioning of the Hematology portfolio products, and the sales of the Hematoclients in its territory, considering each Hcps, Htcs unmet needs and generating behavioral changes to achieve the goals and objectives of the Franchise.
This position reports to Hematology Business Lead and is based in Barranquilla, Colombia.
**WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON**
- Achieve the objectives for the Line KPIs, guaranteeing the coverage of HCPs, Htcs & the right frequency according with the segmentation.
- Develop the Hematology Holistic model by guaranteeing the sales goals, sales administrative processes and maintain strong relationships with Hcps and administrative in the Hematoclientes in charge.
- Identify Business opportunities (new patients, switch of patients, prophylaxis, surgeries, it is) and grow up the business.
**WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR**
**Experience & Education**:
- Profesional Health degree or business administration degree.
- Desirable 3-5 years of experience with pharmaceutical companies.
- Desired experience in high-cost treatment.
- Understanding of Colombian health care system.
- Knowledge of Microsoft (Excel, Power Point, etc.).
- Experience with customer reporting programs (Viva
- CRM).
- Basic english knowledge.

**PROPOSITO DEL ROL**
Esta posición es responsable de desarrollar el Modelo Holístico de Hematología a través de un rol mixto en el cual genera la demanda, posiciona los productos de especialidad en su territorio y tiene Hematoclientes a su cargo, considerando las necesidades insatisfechas de cada HCPs, IPS y generando cambios de comportamiento para alcanzar las metas y objetivos planteados por la Franquicia.
Esta posición reporta a la posición de Business Lead de Hematología y tiene base en Barranquilla, Colombia.
**DESAFIOS EN LA POSICIÓN**
- Implementar las estrategias y tácticas de marketing relacionadas a la concientización de la enfermedad y posicionamiento de los productos del portafolio de Hematología, aplicando sus conocimientos del mercado para lograr de la línea resultados de forma consistentes.
- Aplicar las técnicas de venta que ofrece la empresa, reporte y seguimiento de visitas en CRM.
- Alcanzar los objetivos de rendimiento establecidos por los KPI de la Franquicia, garantizando la cobertura de los HCPs, IPS y la frecuencia adecuada de acuerdo con la segmentación de la línea.
- Desarrollar el Modelo Holístico de Hematología en su territorio a través de la atención de Hematoclientes (IPS ), asegurando el cumplimiento de las cuotas de ventas, procesos administrativos asociados a la venta y cartera, manteniendo un fuerte relacionamiento con los Hcps y administrativos asociados a estas cuentas.
- Identificar oportunidades (nuevos pacientes, conversión de pacientes, urgencias, cirugías, ITIs) que favorezcan el crecimiento del negocio.
**A QUIEN BUSCAMOS**
**Experiência y educación**
- Título profesional, preferiblemente profesional en salud o administración de negocios.
- Deseable 3-5 años de experiência con compañías farmacéuticas.
- Experiência deseada en tratamiento de alto costo o línea especializada.
- Comprensión del sistema de salud colombiano.
- Conocimientos en herramientas de Microsoft (Excel, Power Point, etc).
- Experiência con programas de gestión de relaciones de clientes (CRM).
- Nível básico de inglés.
