**WHAT YOU WILL DO**
This position generates demand and positioning of the LSD specialty products in its territory, considering each HCP’s unmet needs and generating behavioral changes to achieve the goals and objectives set by the Franchise.
This role reports to the Sales Manager LSD and is based in Barranquilla, Colombia.
**WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON**
- Implement strategies and tactics by marketing related to the disease awareness and the products in the portfolio with the appropriate material depending on the specific topics.
- Achieve performance objectives established by the Franchise KPIs, guarantying the coverage of HCPs & the right frequency according with segmentation.Create Awareness and loyalty to the brands, identifying new patients through the visits to HCPs and promotional messages (visual aids and scientific articles).
**WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR**
**Experience & Education**
- Professional degree.
- Desirable 3-5 years of experience with pharmaceutical companies.
- Desired experience in high-cost treatment.
- Understanding of Colombian health care system.
- Knowledge of Microsoft (Excel, Power Point, etc.).
- Experience with customer reporting programs (CRM).
- Knowledge of basic English.

**PROPOSITO DEL ROL**
El rol de Representante Médico Genética genera demanda y posicionamiento de los productos de especialidad en su territorio, considerando las necesidades insatisfechas de cada HCPs (Profesionales al cuidado de la salud), y generando cambios de comportamiento para alcanzar las metas y objetivos planteados por la Franquicia.
La posición reporta al Sales Manager LSD y se encuentra basada en Barranquilla, Colombia.
**DESAFÍOS EN A POSICIÓN**
- Liderar Implementar estrategias y tácticas de marketing relacionadas a la concientización de la enfermedad y los productos del portafolio con el material adecuado.
- Aplicar técnicas de venta que ofrece la empresa, reporte y seguimiento de visitas en CRM.
- Alcanzar los objetivos de rendimiento establecidos por los KPI de la Franquicia, garantizando la cobertura de los HCPs y la frecuencia adecuada de acuerdo con la segmentación.
- Crear conciencia y fidelización, identificando nuevos pacientes a través de las visitas a los HCPs y mensajes promocionales (ayudas visuales y artículos científicos).

**Experiência y educación**:
- Título profesional.
- Deseable 3-5 años de experiência con compañías farmacéuticas.
- Experiência deseada en tratamiento de alto costo o línea especializada.
- Comprensión del sistema de salud colombiano.
- Conocimientos en herramientas de Microsoft (Excel, Power Point, etc).
- Experiência con programas de gestión de relaciones de clientes (CRM).
- Conocimientos básicos de inglés.

- Excelentes habilidades comunicacionales, de negociación y persuasión para atraer y fidelizar a clientes.
- Fuertes relaciones interpersonales.
- Personas orientadas a resultados y resolución de problemas con pensamiento analítico y capacidad de enfoque.
