**Position Summary**

As the voice of our company, the call center representative must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills along with genuine enthusiasm in providing customer service to convert calls into successful purchases.

**Duties & Responsibilities**:

- Handle inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner to best serve our clients and answer their questions
- Convert calls into successful purchases
- Meet personal/team qualitative and productivity targets

**Skills & Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in a call center (voice account) is required
- Previous experience with a sales account (voice account) is preferred but not required
- High level of attention to detail
- Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills in English
- Ability to multitask and prioritize
- Knowledgeable in basic computer tools/apps (Google Sheets, Docs)

**Job Type**: Full-time (40 hrs/ week)

**Salary**: $5/ hour + Incentives

**Benefits**:

**Experience**:

- BPO Voice Customer Service/Sales Account: minimum 1 year (preferred)

- Windows-10th Gen Intel i5 or Ryzen 5 5000 series or higher, 8GB RAM or higher, 256 SSD Storage or higher
- Mac
- MacBook Air/Pro M1/M2 256gb storage or higher
- Monitor (Dual Monitor is preferred)
- High-Speed Internet (Wired/Fiber) Minimum 90 Mbps
- Noise Cancelling Headset
- (Enclosed) Dedicated Workspace/Home Office
- Back-up Power Source (Generator/Hi-wattage Power Bank )
- Back-up Internet connection

Pay: From $3,200,000 per month

- Bachelor's (preferred)
