**This role requires you to work onsite from Bogotá, Colombia (Salitre area).**

We are looking for a Senior QA Specialist to join our EA SPORTS Madden NFL team and College Football teams. Madden NFL is an immersive, simulation-based, authentic NFL interactive experience. EA SPORTS College Football, is a top five sports title in North America that has become one of the most requested games from football fans. You will report to the QA Development Director.

**Responsibilities**:

- You will respond to live issues in Production, limiting impact to players and the in game economy.
- You will build working relationships with members of the development, production and design teams to help us promote a higher quality player experience through tasks such as feature planning, analyzing internal data/player data, and feature/design reviews.
- You will support us in identification of technical solutions and automation opportunities.
- You will use available tools to find, reproduce, and document issues found.

**Qualifications**:

- 2+ years of applicable work experience in Quality Assurance.
- Understanding of a software development lifecycle.
- Experience with data in analyzing the quality of a product.
- Familiar with game platforms.
- In-depth knowledge of American Football is a plus, but not required
- Fluent in English, both written and verbal.

**Skills and Abilities**:

- Design test strategies for a live service.
- Basic SQL knowledge.
- Understand the demands of always-on, 365 day live service titles.
