**Responsibilities**:
- Lead the development of the quarterly product strategy for your team.- Ensure proper product discovery and execution of the product roadmap with your engineering and design teammates.- Uphold best product practices and excellence in all your teams.- Own and develop product go-to-market strategy and impact measurement for new product launches- Contribute to team-wide strategic goal-setting and execution.- Fluent in English (required), Spanish (required) and Portuguese (advantage)- 2+ years in Product Management (knowledge of roadmapping, scrum/agile, and technical and design team leadership)- Bachelor Degree in Business, Engineering or other related field- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills (Director-level interactions)- Data driven and able to gather the data required and use that data to create an insightful story and make decisions.- SQL advanced level (required)- PowerBI advanced level (required)- Statistical knowledge: hypothesis testing, forecasting methodologies (desirable)- Python intermediate level (desirable)
